Our Services

Classy Travel is an IATAN-accredited, ARC-appointed travel agency serving travelers since 2015. We arrange flights, hotels, vacation packages, cruises, tours, Hajj & Umrah travel, and transportation services, including VIP and concierge travel arrangements.

Inquiries and Quotes

Submitting a service inquiry does not create a booking. Quotes we provide are based on availability at the time of quoting; fares, rates, and availability may change until a booking is confirmed and payment is received.

Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

Confirmed bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and cancellation policies of the applicable airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and other service providers.

Cancellation fees and refund timelines are determined by each provider's policies. We will communicate these to you before finalizing your booking.

We do not guarantee the decisions or actions of airlines or other suppliers.

Limitation of Liability

Classy Travel acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. We are not liable for loss, damage, delay, or injury resulting from the acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, or other suppliers, or from events beyond our reasonable control.

Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring that you and your fellow travelers hold valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. We are happy to advise, including assistance with Saudi and other visa applications, but entry requirements are determined by the relevant authorities.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
